Like KMac did to his 310RL, I mounted stuff on both sides of the wall in our 340RL. I agree that your's is the same.

On our 340RL I added dimmers to the locations you're talking about. Also the bathroom and hallway. I had to install them sideways in the dining/theater seating area due to the windows and metal slide frame.

We live in the U.P. and several neighbors and friends purchased from Brewbakers in Onaway and are happy. They carry Alliance amongst other brands. We purchased our 340RL before they became an Alliance dealer.

I thought of that, but I didn't know if that would mess up the geometry and not let it close. I did that on the basement door on the Nautilus side and it does open more, but I didn't move it much.

Anyone change out the struts under the bed for longer ones? Trying to get the opening higher.

I personally don’t think it matters which way it sits since it’s a PRESSURE regulator. Mine is vertical. Someone more knowledgeable may disagree.

Sorry, I have not heard of this. You should still be under warranty. Call Alliance and tell them the problem. They'll probably just send you a new one. Or two.

I've heard of them sticking, especially that one, but not making a noise. I don't think they cost very much. Personally, I'd just replace it.

I believe that would be a question best answered by Alliance themselves. I've read where people have changed furniture without a problem and I would think the difference of the weight of the recliners vs the weight of loveseat would be minimal. Plus, there's a big hydraulic ram moving that...

I was so used to the Domestic stopping at the end of it's cycle. One of the first times we used the awning I couldn't figure out why it wasn't rolling in correctly. Turns out I rolled it in with the extend button.:rolleyes:

We ordered our 340 specifically without speakers. I didn't like where they were located. I use a small speaker that I bluetooth to the radio or my phone when outside. Never heard of speakers in the bathroom. That would be interesting tho. :unsure:

To me it looks like whatever it is, it's further in than what you'll be able to get to. Personally, I'd run it back to the dealer. That looks like a pretty wide gouge.

I pull our 340 with a Ram 3500 SRW short bed. I don't have any problems, although I do feel I'm within several hundred lbs of needing a dually, which is impossible to make happen.

Our '22 304RL was having trouble with the bedroom Schwintek slide. LOTS of noise going in and out. We had a mobile tech out to diagnose and replace the gas valve for the furnace. I asked him about the slide while he was here. He took a look at it and showed me where the rail was scored and...

We have a 340 but some things are the same. We use an 8 gal waste can under the sink and towels hung over the toilet. I wish we had hung them in the shower instead but the boss was worried they'd get wet during a shower. They won't. :unsure:

Problem solved. I ended up calling a mobile tech (Happy Campers RV Repair) and after a bunch of testing he figured out it was the gas valve. Installed a new on and we now have heat. If your in the Memphis TN area and need a mobile tech. I highly recommend Chris Campbell the owner...

I did the same thing when we got our 340. I also added dimmer switches to the bathroom and hallway. I was able to get the same style that was used in the living area and bedroom.

I don't think so. If I remember right, you'll want to make a measurement with the axles loaded(jacks retracted) and then install them with the jacks extended so you have enough room for the install. Better check the instructions in case I'm lying. :oops:

Give Alliance a call. They may be willing to sell to you direct. Or they can give you the part number to order thru your dealer.

As the above said, Bilstein. I had 4600 on my '14 Ram 3500 and will replace the OEM with them when OEM wear out on our '21 3500. You may also want to consider Sumo Springs for your 310. I put them on our 340 and it made a noticeable difference. If your trailer is bouncy (and they all do)...

In addition to Trent's answer I would suggest ordering one with disc installed at the factory. The disc brakes are hydraulic, so all wiring and plumbing are done in house. By plumbing I mean the hydraulic lines running from the pump to each wheel. I'm a believer in 'if the factory offers it...
