hey allies , 1000008221.jpg1000008220.jpgwe have a 2024 Avenue 32 RLS with the custom paint and I was underneath the slide out on the door side that has the dining room table above it and noticed these gouges in the floor underneath from the outside. can anybody help me out on this and let me know where I can look to see what's causing this. I'm assuming something is sticking up in the trailer and as the slide opens and closes, it's rubbing on maybe a screw head or a piece of metal or something causing it to gouge the flooring underneath. this is on the outside right next to the door. hopefully I didn't confuse you too much. it looks like it rolls on something when you're closing the slide or opening it and whatever's in the trailer as the slide goes inside. something is sticking up I'm guessing. any help from you would be appreciated

To me it looks like whatever it is, it's further in than what you'll be able to get to. Personally, I'd run it back to the dealer. That looks like a pretty wide gouge.

Can you plug the rubber seal down and look in for possible issue? The gouge is so clean cut, it is almost like a screw head. I would also pull up the slide flap on the inside and look for something. When the slide is fully inside RV, it tips up a bit and might allow you to see more..???
