SOLVED - Locked out (dead batteries in electronic entry door lock)

I bought a 2021 340RL and have kept it at a park and not used it since I bought it. Getting ready to move it and the electronic door lock has dead batteries. The previous owner never told me about the battery deal so I assumed it ran on shore power. i tried the keys they gave me but no luck. Anyone deal wit this? I guess a locksmith can drill it out.

I wonder if they gave you the wrong keys. They might be the original keys before the lock was switched.

A locksmith might be your only solution.

I agree with Whitewolf. Alliance trailers don't come with keypad locks. That would be an aftermarket unit.

OK, I found another key and it turns 90 degrees. When I turned it the green light flickerd a little and I put the code in and it opened! Maybe the batteries recharged a tiny bit or maybe it has a little reserve when the key is turned. Anyway it opened so I am a happy camper.
