We just had the IS installed on our 385 in mid March. Upgraded to 8K. 100% recommend the upgrade!!! We did a drive test with our MORryde rep over 3 sets of railroad tracks, he said, and I quote, "Drive over the tracks at 15mph, don't slow down" we're like, REALLY?!?!? We did, the truck went bumpity bump as expected, the trailer, nadda, nothing, no jerk, no bump no shake, zip, absolutely nothing! We also got their Pin Box as a free upgrade for scheduling the install during the winter months. The tow home was a dream, no bumps on expansion joints, pot holes, nothing.
On the height, we were a bit nose high, by 1.5" (not much really) 13' 3" front, 13' 1.5" rear to after install 1/2 high in the back, 13' 3.5" front, 13' 4" in the back. So net net we went from 13' 3" to 13' 4"
They did install the 2" plumbing riser kit. I had removed the dual outlet sewer lines (one in front, and one in back of the wheels) prior to the upgrade and am installing a single line exiting to the rear. Also installing electric valve gates.
