I think talking about a PDI is a little late.
Person doing thread needs to be talking to both dealer and Alliance...talk, don't email
One thing that you won't get fixed is your tank sensors...they seem to never work for long.
I push to schedule an appt. Alliance factory if at all possible.
one suggestion is to get into the annual rally in goshen and request it to be fixed.
Get it taped at this point...do it on the bottom to stop the tear.
If not that, and they aren't going to fix it, at least get the material from alliance and have an expert in your area repair it.
you can always order this stuff from alliance but there is a $$$$$ cost.
You might want to see if you can get skirting from a metal company in your area.
And yes you can do it yourself if you have the time and tools.
I just redid my kitchen sink using the same clips and new caulking. It isn't that hard but there are some plumbing and electrical things you need to be aware of. There are several options out there but I just redid it.
If you need to redo your sink message me and I will go over the...
Got my answer...
'Remove top. Flip over. 10/32 x.25 brass inserts. Use approx 16. Screws with washers and fender washers. Voila. Add silicone before screwing down and you can stand in the sink.first pic was the original four clams using waffle studs'

Nothing to show...yet. I will be taking the kitchen sink out of counter and reset it. And reset it and caulk it.
Looking for an easy way.
Just wondering what or how others redid their kitchen sink.
Do they have a way to do it with or without taking off counter.
towels behind toilet...work great. small towels on either side of sink. use the stickums, don't put holes in wall.
garbage container under sink on right side.
I can't believe the comments I am getting. check your lid/flap on the outside. if it is NOT sealed IT will get into your OSB floor. there is nothing to stop it! Lantley I am surprised you are even saying what you said.
again, if the circular black lid (outer edge) is NOT sealed water...
Boy I guess I confuse people. I TOOK the black connector out to dry the wood.
Don't over think this post. Just check to make sure it is sealed.
Merry Christmas ⛄ 🎁.
White sealant is where you need to check
I guess I didn't make my self clear. But thanks for the input. All I was really trying to express is make sure that the blackcover is SEALED around the edge or water will sipped into the floor board. The black cover (where the hose comes in) was allowing water to get under the black cover...
I just discovered that my basement floor around where the hose/cable and etc come into the basement is water logged! It has leaking for awhile since it feels like a sponge.
I guess I assumed (wrong) that the tray would stop any water from going into the floor.
It appears that the plastic...
I assume you are talking about campgrounds that don't have wifi (internet). If so, if your cellphone isn't enough get with your provider to add a wifi service.
Many of the larger campgrounds now have wifi included in their pricing.
I agree with lantely, you remove the doors and then you have to deal with additional heat/cold.
But Alliance needs to improve on there door designs....I had to change out the bumpers and several of the doors.
As J. Thomas said. It is probably just your slide topper. Take it off and there you have it.
A ladder and a friend will do it. Then store the topper in the trailer.
Good luck.
A number of people have had trouble with there range....surprise with that.
If you want to replace your range with another range there are a number of 'off grid' ranges out there that would fit into the space. https://www.warehouseappliance.com/off-grid-ovens/ and...
To bring this thread back to 'frame flexing' the answer is yes. We had it on our 340 and at the company there was another one there also.
When at the rally, just a random check I found at least 2 Alliances with frame flex.
Yes, it is out there. The company will repair it in Goshen but it has...
if you have the money do the disc brakes and IS system. I think you are low on the price of having disc brakes installed.
I'd go ahead and schedule an appt. to have both systems installed....there is a waiting list......you can always change it or cancel it when the time comes.
we have a 2021 340. Our awining has also quit but I've yet to get up there to replace the motor. (back issues I suspect it is the motor so I purchased a replacement motor on line for about $40. w)e see this winter if I can put it on at a southern campground somewhere warm.
I priced out...
that is not typical of alliance. i'd get on the phone and follow up. i also would suspect that alliance won't be able to start advising you are changing you electrical system because of liability issues.
You can at times have your wheels off the ground...it is not a big no no. but putting something under the wheels is a good idea. I've never blocked or choked my trailer.
If this is happening all of the time you may have to raise or lower your jacks.
it really gets down to money. do you have the money? we have always gotten the I/S on our trailers. And one thing to remember is that it does not add much value (if any) should you sell your trailer down the road.
You discover something new everyday. Bottomline, I'd suggest that before you purchase a bike rack for E bikes make sure it states 'rated for 5th wheel trailers' and the number of bikes you want to carry.
One of the above racks rated their E bike rack for 'trailers' but only one bike, not two...
There seems to be only 2 E Bike racks out there that say safe for 'E Bikes on 5th wheels'. Be aware, many say 'RV certified' but they don't include 5th wheels as RVs.
Swagman, Hollywood AND Quikrstuff do make 5th wheel E Bike racks. Quikrstuff states it is certified for a 5th wheel.
this isn't something I'm going to do but saw it and thought for those out there that want to do little things for a few hours without solar or a generator.
It looks like the tire brand and size has varied. I suspect it is whatever the company can install on that type of trialer so don't assume what is being said here is accurate.
if it is a non solar system just junk the RV dealers batteries and install 2 6 volt batteries. note: if you have a residential refrig read this article.
