Coleman-Mach thermostat calibration

Has anyone recalibrated a Coleman Mach thermostat’s indicated temperature to match a known correct thermometer? Tired of doing offset math in my head every time I look at or change it.

We have the dial style, not the earlier button version. I’ve included a photo for reference.

i googled the issue and there are several youtubes on this issue. might be easiere to just buy a new one

The two in our living room read about 5 degrees high. I haven’t been able to calibrate them. Frustrating.
