Streaks on decals

We wax our 310RL several times a year. But I am getting streaks on the right front decals. I have tried cleaner, compound and black streak remover with zero results. See photo. Anyone have any suggestions it really looks tacky. The photo looks like the left front but it’s actually the right front just before the cap starts. Thank you in advance. Roger

Well, ok I will chime in here! This could be controversial but it comes down to living with black streaks or not.
While I have no direct experience with this issue, I can make a few suggestions from an outside of the box context.
Have your tried a professional strength black streak remover?
Have you tried a “Cleaner Style Wax”?(I use Meguiar’s Product’s )
Have you tried Meguiars Marine Multi Surface Cleaner?
Have you tried a Bug and Tar remover?
Have you tried a product like “ Soft Scrub”
Have you tried WD-40(an excellent cleaner)?
Have you tried Goo Gone?
Some of these products might not meet the recommend approach, but it appear you might be in a risk vs reward situation.
Regardless of your choice of product, your issue will take a lot of elbow grease to resolve. Additionally, it would appear that a good roof cleaning and a gutter inspection is in order. These streak are a result of Ac condensation, road grime, tree sap and general environmental dirt.
To be safe, I would recommend trying a given product on a small area to ensure you don’t experience any adverse effects.

Best of Luck!

Thank you for all the suggestions. I will go down the list and give them a try. As far as the roof goes I keep it super clean. I clean it several times a year and the RV stays under a covered garage when home and not under trees when away. I agree it’s from the AC drain and it only affects the decal area up front on the right side. I will stop tomorrow and pick up a few of your suggestions and will report back.
