we have the opposite issue...we're in Florida. We put up that thick cushion insulation...it helps keep the heat out. About the only thing you can do is what you are already doing, in my opinion, try adding the foam insulation to cover the whole window...of course you will lose the light...

do what we all do....start with the 120voltage at shore power and start there. try with and without the surge protector. try another shore power. go from there. good luck. you can then check voltage at convertor to see if 120 voltage is coming into the rv.

if you are looking for specific stuff like wiring and etc there isn't a specific manual. and all of the individual items, like ac, refrig, and etc, should have come with the trailer. the 'owners manual' above with just give you information sizes and weight and etc. for a specific unit

If under warranty talk to alliance and request a new power cord

It is the outside black cover of the 50 amp cord that has pulled away from the head. it still works but I'm concerned about how long.

I've spoken to several Alliance owners, all who have had the male end of their power cord separate from the outer cover. Is this an issue with Alliance? I would like Alliance to replace my power cord.
