How to get Alliance to respond to dealer about warranty repair?

My 2026 370FB has been at the repair shop for a week for a simple warranty repair. Already have a claim number. The shop contacted me on Friday and told me they have emailed and called Alliance to get authorization for the repair and have been unable to get responses from them for a week. Need to use my camper in two weeks. Any ideas how to get Alliance to get this repair moving?

In this case, I have been dealing with this repair shop for over ten years. He has always gone out of his way to help me. Alliance has requested additional information more than once that had they read his responses he had already provided. I spoke with him this morning, we are simply waiting on approval from Alliance.

I spoke on the phone and emailed Alliance over five hours ago and was assured they would review and get a resolution quickly. Have heard nothing. This has certainly not been the experience I had expected after talking to other owners before my purchase. Total repair time is expected to be two hours. Looks like I am just on hold.

My recommendation is authorize the repair shop to do the work & pay them,,,have them submit their paid invoice, pics,,,repaired part,,,initial & final report,,etc. to you & send that into Alliance for reimbursement along w your timeline and note your shop & your efforts,,,,,,that gets your rig back,,,,but sure does not align what my experiences w them have been.
