How to get Alliance to respond to dealer about warranty repair?

My 2026 370FB has been at the repair shop for a week for a simple warranty repair. Already have a claim number. The shop contacted me on Friday and told me they have emailed and called Alliance to get authorization for the repair and have been unable to get responses from them for a week. Need to use my camper in two weeks. Any ideas how to get Alliance to get this repair moving?

As far as the information your dealer is giving you, trust, but verify. Some have experienced a complete disconnect between dealership and Alliance. I have always had a response using service@alliancerv.com.

In my limited experience it is your dealer, not Alliance that is holding up the process. They are using that as a reason to do nothing...yet.
