While we prefer our owners work with their dealership on customer service matters, especially within the warranty period, Alliance RV can work directly with our customers. The process is generally as follows:
1. Create a very specific description of the issue and where relevant, obtain clear pictures of the issue
2. Email Customer Service at service@alliancerv.com and include:
- Description of the issue
- Pictures (where relevant)
- Your name, phone number and last 6 digits of your VIN
3. A Customer Service Rep will generally reach back to you within 2 business days.
