Garage wall cracking and falling apart valor 36v11

Anyone having this problem? From exterior wall to exterior wall. I think my valor was assembled on a Friday. For such good reviews I can’t tell you something that isn’t falling apart or doesn’t work well.

Do you have any pics to share? I have a crack on my exterior wall above the front door on my Valor 43v13.

Not knowing the year of either rig, I'll ask this- have either of you contacted Alliance? That should be considered structural, so I would think it falls under the structural warranty time frame.

I have contacted Alliance a couple of times. They keep pushing me to a dealer. Going to a dealer doesn't work for us as we live full time. Our rig sitting at a dealership for who knows how long isn't a viable solution. Alliance did say that the crack would be covered under the 3 year warranty. They did say they had factory service appointments available in early 2025. The last email was telling them that we would be staying a week in Elkhart for a factory tour and asked if they could just look at the issues and give us an accesment of how long the repairs would take. We will need to make living arrangements hotel, airbnb etc. We never heard back from them..

I'm sure we will eventually come up with a solution to get things repaired.

The factory tour was awesome by the way. I would recommend it to everyone!! As well as the RV museum which is just a few miles away.

I just saw these replies. My valor is in the shop for 3 months now. They have to find the problem order parts. Do it again. Etc. my wall wasn’t reinforced which I’m not sure what they mean by that but not built properly. My garage floor was repaired. Pretty much everything in the garage. I refer back to it was built in a Friday. Good luck as mine is 2024 it is all under warranty. I just hope it is repaired as good as I would do. Hahahahaha right!!!!!

I still haven't had ours repaired. Maybe try and get it resolved this summer when we are back in the area. For now I keep putting a longer piece of clear gorilla tape on it as it keeps getting longer. Maybe eventually they will " Do the right thing".

We’re a 340 paradigm. Built May of 24.
Picked it up in June. My fracture I just noticed yesterday. Couch slide rear corner.
I’m hauling it back to the factory for this. I want it fixed by their own people. Frustrating. We are recent full timers now. I love the rig but this is frustrating.
