Not a bad RV park. It is super hot and no shade. Full hookups, concrete pad and artificial turf. Still had to level the left and right (off about an inch). Going on a tour tomorrow and will add some pics. Wife happy to be out of the BLM and back to full hookups.

we left page on Tuesday. Stayed at page lake Powell rv park in town. If you get chance drive up to north rim of Grand Canyon. Great scenery and cooler.

I’m a full hook up guy myself.
I will boon dock a day or two here and there?
We actually live in the boon docks 😂 so we get plenty of nature at home.

I guess I'm a must have electric guy. But that has a lot to do with the climate. There are not many if any open spaces to .boondock on the east coast. No BLM land or anything like that. It's also hot in the summer, AC is a must have.
However if I were in the west I can easily see me taking a few boondocking trips.
The power went out at the campground last trip. We had to rely on inverter power to stream movies for the night. It was sort of neat to have electric power with no generator and no noise. It was my first time actually relying on inverter power.
I can see how having a nice solar set up could be a game changer.

Yeah, not my idea of fun baking in the Arizona sun with no shade. HVAC/R guy by trade, so I like to stay cool. I Like 65-75 and hate to sweat.😅.

A few pics. Had dinner at the floating restaurant, ok nothing special. Should have bought a pizza. Had entree envy.

Those are great pics. Pic number 6, where is that? That is something I have to see in person.

Combo - Secret Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend Overlook tour. Navajo Indian was our tour guide. General pubic can’t go there. I will say my wife and I thought it was the best tour we have been on.

I will recommend Utah’s Gooseneck State park. No facilities, no reservations and $10 per night. Pull in and park right on the San Juan River of course it’s I don’t know 500-1000 feet below you. Beautiful!
