WFCO Power Converter Lead Acid to Lithium

Hello,
I'm blessed to be a new owner of a 2027 Delta 252RL. I'm considering changing from the lead acid battery that came with the unit to a Lithium. The converter is a WFCO model WF-9855-AD. I do not see a switch on the converter or on the breaker panel anywhere to switch from LD to LI. I watched a "Big Beard Battery" YouTube video with a WFCO representative who said that the "new" WFCO converters are "auto-switching" BUT!!....you must start with the battery depleted so the converter can sense what type of battery it is and then adjust itself.

So I guess my questions are: 1. Do I have an "auto-switching converter? (and there are no switches to change) 2. Is it true that starting with a depleted lithium battery will indeed work ok?

Thanks much for all your advice and comments!

Google AI says....The WF-9855-AD Deck Mount Converter Charger is a 55 amp converter featuring Auto-Detect technology that automatically recognizes and optimizes charging profiles for both lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries

I have never heard of having to deplete a lithium battery for the converter to know what type it is. Sure...if it is already full, I can see that. Drop battery down 10% and let er' rip :)
