toy hauler floor made of composite?

we have discovered a soft spot in our toy hauler section of our 2024 40v13. it is under the rear tire of my wife's motorcycle the sound is like crunching foam which suggest the rear floor must be composite. why? is about a 2-foot section right where her wheel sits. we have only traveled with the bikes on two trips so what's going to happen as we take more trips?

I have recently noticed the same thing occurring in our 2023 Valor 43v13. We have had our Alliance for only 7 months and the divots are getting pretty deep under both of our rear wheels. I think I'm going to have to start putting something under the rear wheels to spread the weight? Plywood, metal sheet?? This is something that I would not have anticipated as the Valor is designed to haul toys. Not impressed with the flooring material at all!!!
