We are going in a few months to get our 32RLS fixed at the factory. Question on logistics - did you have to take your personal items out of the trailer? Our slide is the one with the kitchen so do we need to empty the cabinets on that slide? Just trying to plan. Glad you had a good experience. I have heard great things about the repair work at the factory.

We are full time in our rig. So removing everything was not going to happen. I talked with them about this issue. In our case any stuff that was in their way was put in a box and then we repacked it when we got the rig back. We did try and remove as much as we could.

what is the warranty on the structure and framing of these units? I have a 2024 32 RLS. no issues yet but just thinking if something arises down the road after my normal one-year warranty I purchased in September of 24
