That was the fix they tried. Didn’t help.

The shower doorframe/drain may be installed backwards. Rather than directing water into shower yours directs it out. It has happened before on this forum I believe?
Let me guess—you probably snagged the 340RL they had on the lot for well below MSRP. We picked up the 310RL back in October. Primeaux has been hit or miss with repairs lately. I had a leak under the shower door rail and fixed it by caulking the interior door frame seam where it meets the fiberglass, which solved the issue completely. Honestly, you’ll probably see the same thing with other models, even the Brinkley. For any work, I recommend contacting Alliance warranty directly and explaining the problem in detail—they’ll often reimburse you for using a mobile tech. The only other issues we had were a couple of small leaks that needed sealing around the dinette window and the black screw between the door and slide where the awning is attached. If you didn’t have the unit inspected before purchase, I’d suggest picking up a moisture meter from the local Lowe’s and checking the entire unit to catch any problem areas.

The main problem started at the shower pan. They notched out the pan lip where the shower door bottom track is installed. I believe the failure is the silicone they place inside the metal track. Then my connection at the shower valves started leaking...water filled one of my floor vents...anyways. Go to the thread above and take a look at what I found in mine. Mold becomes the secondary issue, if not solved quickly and I linked my remedy in that thread.

Ok..so I pulled my shower apart on my 2023 370FB. The attached pictures should tell the story of what I found. Hopefully this helps others consider whether or not they want or need to tackle a rebuild like I am. Since my rig is 3 years old, I would probably only get half price for it. No sense...

The 2025's have an all-fiberglass enclosure. Your issue above is why I have a water sensor directly below that area behind where the water heater resides. Eventually I will replace the glass doors with a Nautilus shower door if the glass ever breaks. Need to remove about 200 lbs from the unit to be within GVWR.
I love my new Nautilus shower door!! I wouldn't wait for the glass to break if I were you. Make the change when you can control the conditions of the switch. I would hate to show up at camp with a bathroom full of glass...it almost happened to me twice, because the wife failed to make the lock snap down.
FYI: There is a brief balancing act, when removing the top rail, if doing it alone, like I did. Glass panes cannot be removed from top rail in place. The entire assembly comes off and then you have to remove glass stops from the top rail, in order to remove glass panes.
