We are new Valor 37V11 owners and are having a terrible time figuring out how to connect the couches. Some of the hardware was bent and we have straightened that out so we can easily attach the middle chair to the couch. All the hardware looks fine on the end chair but it is impossible to connect. Any insight, suggestions or work around would be greatly appreciated!

Question,,,we are not familiar w your rigs floor plan,,,so are you referring to a side by side tandem theater recliner? If not disregard our response,,,,,if you are we had a heck of a time getting the middle “saddles“ onto the adjacent individual floor middle rails front and back,,,LH front saddle goes over RH rail AFTER you get the RH rear “ clip UNDER,,,,THE LH RAIL REAR,,,once we got it used the aluminum snap ties by each “ saddle point“ over & under both middle bottom rails & tightened,,,worked well once done,,,not a lot of room,,
We,had to remove the travel fastener's from the rails & floor so we could move them out a bit so I could get behind them to do the rear saddle ,,,. Did not put the travel retainers back on since we are stationary,,,but saved them w the other travel restraints off each of our 2 hide a bed couches (from which we also removed the travel restraint clips so Momma Bear can move them out to clean the floors under them).
