Sanimarin toilet

I have a 2025 385FL equipped with the sn4 sanimarin toilet in the rear, and everything works, except it doesn't fill the bowl with water. I've done the (eco and full) button to max fill level, and re-zero the black tank on the panel (full and empty), yet the bowl dribbles at best with water. All wiring is correct on the brain underneath in the compartment, and you can feel the little motor pulse when you press the flush button. Is the little motor bad? 1000003214.jpg1000003213.jpg

Hello folks,
You could have a clogged inlet screen on the solenoid valve causing the low flow according to the manual.
If I was troubleshooting it, I would suggest the following.
1. Ensure you have good water supply pressure to the rig.
2. Ensure any manual shut off valves installed in the toilet supply line are turned on.
3. Remove the plug from the solenoid valve and supply a test 12v power and ground supply directly to the valve (Just ensure the wires are disconnected from the valve so you don't back feed the controller)
4. If you have good flow into the bowl with the test power and ground leads applied, your problem could be wiring, power/ground or controller related.
5. If you still have low flow with the test leads hood up, you either have a plugged screen or bad solenoid valve (assuming items 1 and 2 are correct)

I have attached a link to the manual below if you need it.

CThomp86760,

We had issues with ours brain being wired incorrectly, once we got it corrected it has functioned flawlessly. I will say that the water level is not very high(normal) but still performs well.

Update or resolution.

Took the solenoid vavle completely apart, found

After ordering a new one knowing there was something missing, I put a new one in and got the rubber gromet for the bowl fill hose pushed inside the bowl itself. 😠.

So now I had to pull to toilet completely out so I can fish that rubber piece out. . . . And upon flipping the toilet upside down

The missing piece from the solenoid valve. . 🫣. . Not exactly a rocket scientist but I don't know how that gets out of the valve and into the bowl. . . Mystery.

So after all this fun I now have a new solenoid valve, and the original as a spare now!!!

Yes, the toilet works flawlessly now. Water fills the bowl, incinerator flushes the bowl, and refills as it should.
