Well I talked to Renogy support and rebooted by disconnecting unit and reconnecting it and has been working so far. Knock on wood. Do not know what caused it but tech said rebooting fixes most of time.
I had to do the same thing with mine. Discounted cables and connected the battery first and then the solar panels. Be sure to set the battery to auto select mode...it seams to work better
