Friction hinge 🤮. I drilled them out
In my last rig. The ones on my Alliance are ok. I added the Morryde latch extender and it rendered my magnet door holder useless. I got one of the old fashioned tethers but didn’t want any holes. I made some adapter and plates I could screw the tether to and used the gorilla double sided automotive tape to secure them. If that holds as well as my old magnet ones we are good,I used fish line to “saw” them off and it’s tough. I also added a rubber bumper so the latch extender doesn’t mar the trailer
