New Delta owners

We are two day owners of a Delta 252RL and we quite like it! We’ve had a couple of issues already- pass through door latch kept opening while traveling and took two tries to fix it by a mobile tech and at Bish’s RV the 2nd time. Then today the shower leaked …a lot! Luckily we got into a Bish’s for service and 3 hours later we were on the road again. The service follow up has been excellent, even a call from Alliance. The shower wasn’t sealed properly and the pass through latch was crooked. Hopefully all is well now. It seems like a great company and we like the layout.

We just got ours on July 3. I noticed where the shower walls meet the floorpan there is no caulking. Is that where your shower leaked?
