I'm glad it's fixed for you.

It seems that every manufacturer has quality issues like this. As a buyer in the market for my next one, I'm always interested in what the manufacturer has ultimately done to fix the issue. It seems like Alliance did better than most, albeit with some extra communications issues.

Going direct was probably better than inserting the dealer into the issue. That phone tag adds weeks and more problems than solutions.

You are correct. Going to service@alliancerv.com is the best way to get resolution. Our experience has been great. All RVs have issues and how the manufacturer resolves is the key. Our goal is to never take it back to the dealer and we have been successfull due to the support from Alliance.

We've been lucky to have a much better than average dealer who I can't complain about. My local selling dealer will be a Blue Compass location.
