Just to be clear, nobody wires their tow vehicles or campers differently, they all follow a standard. Experimenting with your wiring is not going to end well.

I tried a wired jumper with no luck. So finally, plugged the cable into the truck connector, turned on the headlights and everything lit up! I guess Alliance wires these up differently than others do since the fuse trick didn't work! Many thanks for all the help.
Tried it on mine ... it works.

FYI...they can't wire them different than industry standard (see my image a post posts above this) or every truck would need a special adaptor/converter to get the ligths to work correctly.
