How were you able to get through all the hoses, wires and drains to get up to the Converter?I converted our 2025 Delta 292RL over to lithium batteries this past winter. Our converter (WFCO) is a separate unit that is located on the floor behind the AC and DC panels in the bottom pantry closet. Thankfully our converter was the newer type and automatically switched from lead acid over to Lithium without me having to do anything. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with your trailer, so I don't know where or what type of converter you have. When you locate your converter I would suggest taking a picture of it that captures both the model number and software version and then send it over to manufacturer to see if it is lithium compatible. Some converters have mechanical switches, some use software to switch over and some don't charge lithium at all.
My last trailer also had a WFCO converter in it that was supposed to switch automatically over to lithium, but didn't so my lithium batteries wouldn't fully charge. I called WFCO and they had me remove the converter from my trailer and had me ship it back to them (they paid for the shipping). They updated the software in it and shipped it back. After that the WFCO converter worked perfectly.
I hope this helps.
This is interesting, mine was built May 12th and I guess they are calling it a 2026. There must have been a change, and not for the better, in this case. My panel is not the same as yours with the switch!! Mine has a PD9360 Converter, it is located behind the area of the panel and the company says I have to switch it manually on the converter! I am 76 years old and I see no way to get to the controller through the bay door. There is a mass of wires, hoses, and sewer lines in the way!!!! I will send pictures when I can!I, too, have a 2025 310RL but no genset. When I swapped from 88AH of lead acid to a 300AH LiFePO, I had the same frustration with my distribution panel switch.
Turns out it’s behind the opening labeled “Wizard Mode Button” but out of sight at about the 2:00 position. Up is Li, down is LA.
Here’s 2 pictures. Hope they help.

On my Delta 292RL, there wasn't any pipes to deal with under the pantry closet. There was lots of wire and a heating duct. To access the converter I completely removed the electrical panel. There was a lot of slack in the wiring so it was fairly easy to get a clear view of the converter. On my old Imagine 2670MK the converter was below the drawers in the bedroom. All I needed to do was remove the drawers and it easy to remove the converter. How were you able to get through all the hoses, wires and drains to get up to the Converter?
I just got word that mine has to be switched manually, but I can't see any way to get to the converter? I an not sure if I can move the control panel enough to get to it?
Thanks,
Roy
Good luck Roy (Mike Z here). The first two pics are the panels without the panel cover and with cover. The two others are the wires, hoses, and lines behind the removable access door in the bay! The second of those shows the converter between the two gray flex lines where the lines are closest together!
Mike from FLA?Good luck Roy (Mike Z here).
Glad things worked out for you !I called RVFIX and got a video call and between me and the tech, we pulled the panel forward and I could see the front half of the charger, but the back is where I needed to get to. I found that the bottom of the cabinet in the other half was held down by 4 screws, I took them out and was able to push the floor up from the other side and there was the back!!!!! I put the little "KEY" in and waited for the light to turn BLUE and it is supposed to be switched to Lithium now!!! What a mess, all Alliance had to do was keep the damned switch in the control panel and I wouldn't have lost so many brain cells!!!!!!
Yup, it's me.Mike from FLA?

The follow up seems helpfulGlad you got it straightened out Roy!
I emailed Alliance after we were texting and got this in response. I've sent a follow up asking for the best strategy to access.
Good morning,
Thank you for contacting the service team of Alliance RV. I received your request for converter information in your 2025 Paradigm 340RL. Your unit has the Progressive Dynamics PD9360 converter. The converter does need to be switched for lithium batteries. The tool to push the button is taped to the side of the converter. Please see below. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.
