some of my boondocking and winter storage will have temps in the mid 20s
with lithium will i need units with built in battery heaters
any thoughts on two 100 in parallel versus a single 200 unit i have two gen sets so charging is not a problem
thanks
If you have room, one 200Ah is better and easier than 2 100Ah.
Check to make sure the battery has a low temp cut off for the charge and discharge. That will protect the battery in the cold. You don't necessarily need a heated battery unless the battery will be getting really cold (the battery should tell you what temp it can charge/discharge at). Also, remember it's the temp of the battery, not the outside air temp, that's important.

Like @Oregon_Camper said, a lot will depend on how large of an inverter they might have or need and how much of a draw the 200ah battery can support. It if will do a 1C draw, good, if only .5C then 2 100ah batteries would be preferable. I would certainly list bluetooth as a requirement for future batteries as well as a heater if you are in a colder climate.
