
Agree. I'm in North Texas and we have a little humidity! LOL. I keep our dehumidifier in the kitchen sink with the drain line in the sink. I keep it on basement/high mode. Worked very well so far.If someone is worried about mold in the refer they do sell dehumidifier bags that could be put in the refer and then close the doors. I don't think this is practical for the entire trailer.
Did some quick research. It’s a long answer…short version is that in Florida “they” say humidity in the rig needs to be maintained at 45 60%. Temperature is unimportant. The dry cycle is better than the cooling cycle. A few different sources say it’s best practice. Thanks for making me confirm the why!Are you in Florida? Don't get me wrong the Mid Atlantic gets plenty hot and humid in the summer. But no doubt about it Florida is hotter versus where I'm at in the summer?
