Inop furnace

Jumping in a bit late here, did you ever resolve the issue? I am having a similar issue with our furnace in our 372RK. The furnace worked fine last winter when we used it. Now it does not. When setting T-Stat to heat the fan does not cycle thus the furnace does not fire. No propane issues. Fuse at fuse box and fuse on back of T-Stat is fine. T-Stat does operate the AC unit.
Checked the Service switch and it is in the on position. Noticed the below orphaned wire?
Great job on doing a visual inspection. Check for damage to the area (rodent/chewing). When something works one time then doesn't, ask yourself "what's changed?" For the wires, here is what they are.
Blue-T-Stat communications
Yellow: attached to a white wire for ground
Red- 12v power hot
Blue/White: Capped not used

Check for power at your red wire and try to assess those loose wires to see what's going on there.
