Front cap decal removal

I need to replace one of the front cap decals that is torn. Goof off best way to remove the old one?

I have used Goof Off on our last RV and our current 340RL with FBP, with no issues whatsoever...however, I did wash the area 2x after using the Goof Off.

I watched the staff replace some at the National Rally and they used a heat gun to soften and then pull off in pieces. Tedious work but they got the job done. They were also using plastic scrapers.
