Failure to get any cable signal

I've made the connections, thrown the right switches, scanned for channels, and I NEVER get any cable signal irrespective of what RV park I'm at. I have an Insignia Fire TV. Please offer advice.

Our 2022 340 had the same problems when we got it. I found the junction behind the trim panel on the left side bottom of the stove was not made up correctly.

Did you turn off your antenna booster? Not sure where your booster switch is, but it will be a regular coax plate with a button and LED on it. Ours was in the front DS storage on our 390MP.

Hello
I had the same problem with cable signal and was told to turn off my antenna booster… I have a 2024 alliance avenue 33rks and at 1st could not find a booster like my other campers until I looked in bedroom closet on the non entry door side and found the green light booster for cable and WiFi booster and solved my problem

I’m trying to get cable in the RV park for the first time and nothing!

I hooked to the port labeled cable in the wet bay and nothing. Booster was off, nothing, booster on, nothing.

Why do I have two ports behind my tv? Neither is labeled?

Have you validate that you have a signal coming from the pedestal?

Have you gone into the TV settings and selected the correct input and performed the channel scan process?

The booster should be off when hooked to cable.

One port is normally cable or the Winegard Ant and the other could be tied to the Satellite Connection in the wet bay.

I think @Keysandstops is no longer with us, in the FamAlly anyway. His last post was "2023 Paradigm 340RL FOR SALE: Hanging up the full-time hat." in June of 2024.

I feel your pain? Never have got mine going other than a terrible picture off the bad cable at the park. Never been able to upload channels over the air? Very frustrating

These days I stream everything including You tube TV and never bother hooking up cable
Ditto, I've never even tried CG cable on this trailer. It's usually crap signal anyway. We've even seen campgrounds that want to "loan" you a converter box. One time it even had to be outside and you pointed the remote out the window. 🤣
Near cities we can usually get lots of channels on the antenna and what we don't get we stream over Starlink or cellular. We've been able to stream with as little as 6Mbps (not reliably but it mostly works).
