Entry Door Hitting Door Frame

I recently bought an Avenue 39MBR. Since the purchase, the entry door makes contact with the door frame when you close it requiring a lot of pressure to get it to close. I’ve been told this is a camber issue but those adjustments haven’t seemed to help. Does anyone have experience with this type of issue and how do you fix it?

Any chance some of your door hinge screws are loose?

Any chance your stairs are at an incorrect angle pressing up on the door when closing?

I’ve checked the screws in both the door side and the frame side and all are tight. I’ve also checked to make sure the stair brace are flush with the door frame.
