Delta 321BH Inverter Install

I've recently purchased a new 321BH. It is a 2025 but was new and I had the stock ACs swapped out to Chill Cubes so that I could potentially run one of them off of an inverter if needed. Given that I won't be using too much power, is there a way I can still use the equipment that came pre-installed to hook to a Victron Multiplus II 3000w inverter to the current system? The unit has 400w of solar and the victron mppt charge controller. I have 2x Eco Worthy 280ah LifePo4 batteries. Can I wire into the stock solar prep with the inverter to run the outlets and 12v equipment that is on those circuits? My question is what equipment would I need to install in order connect to the ACs in order to power the Chill Cubes? I don't want to a complete system install. I want to leverage what is installed while also adding additional capability for the air conditioners. Thank you.

To power both legs (enabling the AC units), the best solution is to starting from scratch. The basic concept is you remove the incoming power line from the circuit breaker and move that to the "incoming" line on inverter. Then run a new line from inverter "out" back to same spot on the circuit breaker. Attach your battery back to the "DC In" posts and done. Of course, there are fuses and cut off switches involved, but that is the concept.

Here is a drawing of a system I installed on a friends Grand Design. The "3" line in this drawing just goes off to nothing, as I didn't have the correct image of his compartment with the 12v distribution bus.

Thank you for posting. I appreciate you sharing this with me! I figured that was the best option. I'm trying to limit work I have to do and would like to use the suppled system but I realize it maybe isn't the best solution but I figured with the Chill Cubes, I don't need a lot of power. I really appreciate you posting this.

I think the easiest way to wire in a Victron inverter is:

1. Disconnect the wires from the shore power inlet and connect those to the Victron MultiPlus II output connectors.
2. Run a new cable from the shore power inlet and the Victron MultiPlus II input connectors.
3. I also added a hardwired surge protector between the shore power inlet and the inverter input.

This will not allow you to run everything in the trailer at once due to limitations of the the Victron MultiPlus II, but it will allow you to run anything in the trailer versus the inverter prep which only powers part of the trailer.
