Delta 321BH CRE3000 Upgrade

Since I was going to be repacking the bearings on my Delta 321BH, I figured I'd upgrade to cre3000 and heavy duty shackles. My loaded weight is almost 10K so this seemed like a low cost and worthwhile upgrade. I was surprised at how easy it turned out to be, even doing it solo (3 bottle jacks and jack stands help). While on a shakedown drive, I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect, it felt quite a bit smoother. I didn't notice road bumps being translated to the truck as much. Also when I removed the old bushings, several were already worn through. I'm surprised they don't last longer.

We did the same upgrade on our last travel trailer and it was absolutely an improvement.

Hello Folks, I just purchased a new 2025 321bh and I was planning on doing this same upgrade before taking it out on any trips. I assume I need the 35" wheelbase version and the UO12-016 2 1/4" shackle kit? Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm coming from a 30ft Jayco 267bhs that weighed around 7klbs to this much heavier Delta. I definitely want to upgrade the suspension.

Those match the parts I bought. I would recommend checking your measurements from the cre3000 qualification guide just to make sure. Alliance could have changed some components between years.
