The lights will have to be on to have trailer lights. All three handles are under the slide!! Dumbest design ever. And the tube for the sewer dump hose is fairly far back under the belly. Not having the normal 4” black “bumper” was another dumb move. This one is too short for the three I always carry (1long; one shorter; one even shorter); had to leave behind one of them. I’ve found a few campgrounds where I needed all three stretched out! Lot of design flaws here: it’s obvious the designer/builder never went camping long distances and times!

Agreed! I am new to RV life and thought I just had no clue!!! Ha! I couldn't believe the tank handles were located under the slide out. Crazy! I, as a newbie, was so happy to obtain this beautiful 262rb! Now, I'm a little apprehensive of my purchase.

Not sure what happened to the awning?
But I do know when you get a new rig there are bugs to work out.
Do not get discouraged as stuff happens to all new rigs from Prevost to Pop up! 😂 I have had them all Class A on down.
‘if your handy it helps, if you rely on dealership only it can be frustrating.
There is always something to improve on builds as you describe. If you like the lifestyle you will upgrade to something that makes you happier . That new rig will need fixing as well, and so on and so on, and now you look back like me and it’s been 20 years of camping.

I too have a concern about both my awnings on 2024 Avenue 32RLS. When I extend them, one of them continues to extend even though the switch is in neutral, mainly when 75% out. My manual says to not over extend per the pictures and mine unrolls to that over extension look. Is that normal?

Also, when I retracted both, they go fully closed and tight, then after return the switch to neutral, they pop back out about 1" at the top. Is that normal or do they need adjusting? I have to make a list for Alliance to fix if needed.

Alliance has a fix for this issue. Open a case with Alliance support and they will send you some new switches to replace your existing ones.
