deleteHello everybody? Just wondering how the TV antenna on the Delta trailers is working for everybody. Mine pulls in some channels but not all channels in the area. And out of what it does pull in at least half of them are pixelated most of the time.
The issue with most RV over the air antennas is the wiring or cabling not so much the antenna. The wiring is notoriously loose or not run properly.
The antenna itself is usually high up enough to work well.
However operator And cabling issues often cause conflicts.
While I personally no longer use cable and rely on my T mobile router to provide Streaming and Youtube TV options.
There are more over the air stations than ever. So if you do choose to go the over the air route, I have found that often there are lots of stations.
However over the air requires the scanning and set procedures that can be aggravating at and simply one more thing to do when setting up the camper.
If you are having problems with your original initial setup the best thing to do is to run the cable directly from the antenna to the TV without any other adapters or RV cabling involved just to determine if the antenna is pulling in stations.
From there you can dig into the actual wiring of the trailer to see where the issue lies.
