Delamination or what else?

We took delivery of our Valor 36V11 on June 26. There were several issues that had to be resolved by the dealer which included a damaged slide out (bedroom) and 3 busted hydraulic lines. I also fixed other things myself and when I thought we got all the bugs out then we found this:

Looking at the trailer in the Florida sun, I noticed several bubbles in the driver side wall at the rear union next to the load ramp (toy hauler). The opposite union looks all right. Any thoughts on this???

Well after 6 weeks at the dealership, I finally got a call back to pick up the unit. So, lo and behold the delam still there. The dealer was very apologetic but that does not fix it. They say that they will “code 911” with Alliance - I guess that is some sort of escalation -. Does anyone have or have had this issue?. Trailer is brand new with Azdel out and inside.

We were going to be passing through Elkhart to do a factory tour and asked if someone could look at the crack in our Valor sidewall while we were there and got blown off by the guy at Alliance that we were emailing. Of course they want us to take it to a dealer or service center and have them look at it. I feel that is a huge waste of time since I believe they are eventually going to refer us to the manufacturer.( we live in this full time)They said that they didn't have any openings until 2025. We weren't asking them to fix it but to look at it and access the problem. I have a $100,000 2023 Valor that has no marketable value for trade in etc.
