Broken love seat arm rest

Has anyone had problems with their love seat armrest in a 310rl. Ours broke yesterday. The right side armrest came loose down low at the back. Only the right front of the armrest is attached.

I haven't heard of this before. I suggest you reach out to our Customer Experience team by sending them an email to service@alliancerv.com. Include your name, phone, last 6 digits of your VIN, an explanation of the issue and any relevant pictures.

Thanks Jim. I emailed them today. Will report back on what they say

Alliance replace the entire love seat/ theatre seat. It broke due to some crappy welds.

When the dealership replaced the seat and installed it with original screws the screws where to long and came out the bottom of the slide and cut the flooring in the main living area.

They are now replacing the main deck flooring under warranty. I hope the flooring matches the original.
