Awnings not working on brand new 2024 Ave 32RLS

Did my demo on Friday (7/21) and took the unit home. Set it up the next day in my garage and went to open the awnings and both are dead.

Checked the fuses, both good. Moved one to empty slots to rule out mislabeling, nothing. Plugged into 110. Battery at 100%. Nothing. Both are dead.

Are there inline fuses somewhere?

Is there a lockout I'm missing?

I'd pull the control panel to see if the wires came loose.

Had this problem on mine on the 2nd time out. 2 Fuses involved, neither showed blown if going by the fact that there was no red light on the fuze panel next to the fuse slots. Pulled control panel and all connections behind switches looked fine. However, despite my protestations, at my wife's persistent prompting, when I pulled both fuses, one was blown. Replaced it, and have been fine since. Don't know why it did not light up the panel. Don't know what caused it, or why it has not repeated.

Thanks for that input. Unfortunately I've pulled both fuses and ohm tested them with a multi-meter. They both are fine.
