385FL Replacement Furniture?

Hello! I am hoping to find someone who has replaced one or both of the sofa-beds with a recliner in their Paradigm 385FL. We are planning on purchasing a 385FL this Spring and live in it full time, so we are wanting to make it feel more like a home than a vacation rv. Our plan is to replace the dual recliner with a single recliner and the 2 sofa beds with regular home type recliners. Shouldn't be a problem with the dual recliner because it sits on the main living room floor but we just realized the 2 sofas are on an elevated floor in the slide out. The sofa frames are a very unique shape (shorter in back - taller in front, due to the elevation difference), and as shown in the photo there is not a lot of depth to work with either. If anyone has gone through this process already any help would greatly be appreciated.78934581598__A042B91E-FECB-498F-8273-872EE28314B8.jpgIMG_4348.jpg

my suggestion is to look in your spec sheet on delivery or look for the mfr and part for that sofa. from there I would see if that mfr makes what you want in a fixed recliner. Otherwise, unless you both are tall and long legged, it could be had to climb up onto a traditional recliner.

Thanks for responding. Putting a regular recliner that fits that depth would not only be really shallow seating but I’d also be sitting 9” higher than my husband down on the main floor. I am hoping to find some type of custom design but no luck yet. I’ll keep looking.

I thought I posted something on here about this. You can buy residential furniture, seems a lot are using LoveSac, and cut the legs on the rear to create an even plane on the seating surface. Of course assumes you would be willing to go residential.

Thanks for the reply. I couldn’t find your post I guess coz I’ve looked almost everywhere for anything similar to my conundrum. I definitely am interested in going residential but just haven’t seen anything that looks like a good fit…yet. Not familiar with LoveSac so I’ll definitely look into that. Thanks!
