310 Kitchen Table Replacement

Not a real big fan of the table in our 310. Not a lot of room to sit around it and it’s kind of flimsy. Has anyone replaced this table with something else? The 2025 paradigms have a sideways table and was thinking about something like that. We really only need room for two.
For now I pulled the table out and will search for a replacement.

We turn ours sideways on the same bracket. Gave us more walkway room too. Just added some blocking where the brackets hits the underside of the top. Ours is the 385fl dinette slide. We just face out the window whenever we use it.

I thought about doing the same thing and may end up doing that. I wouldn't need it as deep so some trimming may happen, ideally 48" x 18" would fit perfectly and like you said, open the space up. We're headed to Ikea today and see what they have to offer. Some computer desks would fit the space perfectly so that may be our route?

Separate question, what's the floor weight limit on slides? Always makes me nervous, you wouldn't think a free span on engineered plywood could hold all that much.

I was able to use the orginal holes in the wall for some small angle brackets.

I think it’s going to work but a few trips will be the test.

Definitely opened it up a little.
