one suggestion is to get into the annual rally in goshen and request it to be fixed. Get it taped at this point...do it on the bottom to stop the tear. If not that, and they aren't going to fix it, at least get the material from alliance and have an expert in your area repair it.

you can always order this stuff from alliance but there is a $$$$$ cost. You might want to see if you can get skirting from a metal company in your area. And yes you can do it yourself if you have the time and tools.
