Having a feeling of Deja Vu!
After dealing with health issues this year, we finally took our 30RLS out of storage. I noticed a couple of 4-inch gaps in the Dicor where the roof meets the front cap. I cleaned the area thoroughly and applied new sealant across the entire width, extending 2 inches on either side of the seam. It cured for 3 days before any rain, and the new seal looks perfect—no bubbles or gaps. The side seals look good too. However, we had heavy rain last night. Out of curiosity, I pushed up on the underbelly on both sides of the hitch (same spots as my original post), and water leaked out. At first, I hoped it was just condensation due to 90+ degree days followed by a cool, rainy night. Today was cooler and overcast, and the front cap felt cool to the touch. But after another severe storm rolled through this evening, I pushed on the underbelly again, and more water leaked out. Not a steady stream but too many drops for me to feel good about it. Since I'm confident the roof-to-cap seam is properly sealed, where else should I look?
