Hi, I have tried connecting to park cable tv ports with my power booster turned off. Every time I do not get a clear picture but static laced shows. Any suggestions?

Only recommendations I can make is to get a Smart TV that allows you can use WIFI. We use T-Mobile cellular WIFI and it has worked great. Now, having said that, we have always been somewhere where there is cell service. We have the little box at home and just un-plug and take with us in the RV. $50/month. The great thing about that is wherever you are, you always get hometown news, WX, sports.
If you do boondocking in remote areas, you out of luck but then again, with cable you are also.

yeah, we do that with an ONN device from W on the factory tv. But sometimes the Wifi is more like lofi but they have cable tv. Same issue with ATT. Perhaps I just have a crappy coaxial cable I am using and should try a new one.

Not sure about your rig but if I look behind my Nautilus panel, I have 4 cable connections just hanging there. I have never used them so I have no idea what they go to. I guess one day when I'm bored I'll attempt to track them down. I am sure that one is for cable, one is for SAT but no clue what they are all for.

We have used cable at various parks and have had snow on screen at some of them. I thought it was camper but I think some cable hookups at parks are the problem as we have had good pictures at some.

Any chance that you need to change the input source on your TV? Possibly from antenna to cable?
Could also be a loose connection or a cable that wasn’t crimped properly.
Just some suggestions to consider.

I was wondering if there is a splitter somewhere in the basement that goes to the fireplace tv and to the bedroom location plus the power amp unit. With all the shaking from long drives on less than smooth highways and byways I always have to retighten plumbing and such. So, maybe connector is loose like you mentioned.

Run your cable directly to the TV to see if the problem is inside the coach, or outside the coach.
Thanks I will try that! The issue for the living area is I will get some cable stations and perhaps it's just a matter of what is available to that particular park. Also I want to try plugging into the aux connection and not the cable connection and see if that will give me just the main channels like abc nbc cbs kpix!

Just got a new 2027 Delta 252RL, cables for Satellite or Park cable are not connected yet, you have to figure out which one to connect to the back of panel behind the Nautilus panel! I lucked out on the first try, so I could hook up my Dish Tailgater. 👍

Hi Kim, I can’t say with certainty, but I am not sure that you will gain any benefit from the Aux connection.
Certainly, it would not provide any more channels than what the park hook up would provide by default.
At the end of the day, it is “just” a connection point that may or may not even be attached to any cable on the back side of the panel. We only have Cable and Sat. On our panel and only ever use the one marked cable when the park offers it. Otherwise we have varied success with the over the air channels picked up via the Winegard.
This diagram might help you understand the set up some.
Remember that you need to rescan channels when you move to a different location.
