Lights under camper frame. How many are there supposed to be?

I have a 262 RB and have only three lights under the camper. there is no light under the door side, near the leveler. Is this normal? there are lights under all of the other levelers. Tried to email Alliance. That was a disaster!

I have a 252RL and I have 6 that I counted this weekend. Two groups of three towards the cap on each side..... I was hoping for some in the front and back. Guess I have another weekend project.

I have a 340RL and I was excited when I read the literature and saw that it had 'ground effect' lighting. First night camping, waited until dark, flipped the switch, and let's just say...I was a little underwhelmed. I too have three on each side. If you do add to this to extend the lighting, I'm curious to see what you do. Please share some pics.

My 262RB also has lights at 3 corners but not at the corner with the stairs. I've wondered why they didn't include the stair corner but haven't brought it up with Alliance.

I have three on each side in the front and only one on the non-door side. I called Alliance and they said it depends on the unit. I asked why they would leave off the lights on the most important side, in the most important place (under the steps). It was a design issue. He did send me two lights so I could install them myself, free of charge. I will attempt to do that. If I can't I will take it to my dealer for installation.

On my 310rl with only the two front ground effect lights I’m thinking of snipping the wire to the light and hooking up a 3 or 4 foot led light strip to illuminate behind the step on the camp side and from the basement door to the sewer connection Then move the existing round lights further to the rear, maybe under the slides.
Cheers
