I have no problem washing the RV, but I am not going to wax it. I pay to have it waxed 1x per year. It makes the full body paint look amazing! The truck a had ceramic coat applied about 9 months ago. Still amazed at how it looks.

Funny I guess I'm a jilted RV owner when it comes to waxing.
I just want the thing to hold up and work like its supposed to. RV ownership entails lots of maintenance and repair issues.
Waxing is less of a priority vs. keeping the RV operating properly ad functional.
I have become less concerned with aesthetics and more concerned with function.
I'm less concerned with the paint and more concerned with the leaf springs!
I'm less concerned with the shine and more concerned that the roof is properly sealed.
No sense worrying about the finish if the box is not road worthy.
Don't get me wrong I still wash and wax the thing , But only if there are no other maintenance or repair concerns.
Just returned from a trip only to discover the chloroplast (underbelly cover) had separated at the rear wall. Allowing the tail light wiring escape and fall to the ground.
Naturally this caused a short and blew fuses etc.
No need to worry about waxing when the unsecured underbelly is creating more pressing issues!

I’m curious where it was that you applied the ceramic coating. I have a covered storage area but not fully enclosed. I’m concerned the graphene/ceramic will flash quickly… you know how that ends.
I just used Adam’s Graphene on my truck. Holy cow what a heck of a product. Nothing sticks; not even to the black plastics.

sorry, just seeing this post. I applied it in my driveway. Small sections at a time. Wife helped since I need to be on a ladder. It will flash in about 30 seconds to 1 minute. My concern with spray on applications is how long they last. The application is the easy part. The effort is in the prep.
Agree on the prep. But it's worth the effort. Adam's Polishes Advanced Graphene is what I am going to use. I've applied it to my truck and motorcycles and it is the best I've ever used.

how long does it last? Seems most spray style last less than 6 months. I am going on 2 years on the boat, 16 months on my truck and jeep - both are black.
Adam’s advanced is a 10 year product with proper maintenance. Adam’s Advanced Spray Graphene is 12 to 18 months. I’m using the traditional on the cap and front cargo and the spray on the rest. I’ll redo the spray once every 12 months or so. I am not going to polish the body, just strip and prep. It will be fine. I’m doing my ac units and vent covers too with the spray.

Hey Mike, I have to say that I never heard of the Adam’s products before your post. I went out to the website and watch a few of his videos. I was impressed with the simplicity of application.
He is a excellent speakers and represents his products well.
I definitely will consider giving them a try after I get thru my stock of Mequires products, which will take a while😂!

I've used both products and they are far and away superior, in regards to their longevity and water evacuation, to any product I have used. If you look at the testing of this product (kind of similar to scar testing for lubricity) it outperforms every other product in the data I've read and viewed. That said, the 10 year product is time intensive to apply...not difficult, just plan accordingly. Worth every bit of time/effort. This is my truck after several hundred miles driving in early season rain (lots of particulates on the road surface). Zoom in on the mud flaps and you will see there is not even very much sand and I live in Florida. That is how slick this stuff is. I did use the Adam's graphene glass product on the windows. I think this kind of speaks for itself.
I'm glad I could provide something helpful to you and the forum! I've already taken a lot from you all and I like contributing in return. I can say that as long as you are up to handle the time required to apply the 10 year product you will not be disappointed; the spray is much easier. As an aside, when properly applied, this stuff has a hardness equal to a number 10 lead pencil (that is the 10H rating).

sure does look nice. a 12-18 month spray on product would be nice for the sides of the coach. It is a real pain trying to apply and smooth from a ladder! Should be an interesting real life sample to watch. We are in FL as well. Hopefully in a year or two, we can compare our results.
