I am about to take delivery of a new 24 32RLS
Having read about the water tanks falling out of different models I am concerned. The recall I read shows problems with the 22 and 23 models.
Did alliance make any changes to the mounting or strapping to the models that were the following year 24 or are they just waiting for the dust to clear and leaving the new models with the same problem.

I'm talking with them the problem on newer models has been corrected. If I recall correctly only 2022 models have the issue.

Having had my fresh water tank drop out I was interested to see a recall has been issued on this for the Avenue 32RLS and the Paradigm 295MK - see attached from NHTSA. I have sent an email to Alliance requesting more information...........

Looks like you might need to contact Alliance or an Alliance Dealer to get the repair instruction on this one.
Many times the NTSA site will also have the actual repair instructions listed with the recall information. I checked a few minutes ago and couldn’t locate the repair instructions on the governments site.

Here is what I was told by Alliance:

"The main thing is hanging the cage on the top so the metal holds all the weight and the screws just pinch it. With tank failures the cage is on the bottom and the screws are all that hold the tank up."

The reference to top and bottom is to the cross members that run between the frame.
