Has anyone removed the door frame and resealed it?2024 385FL
Has anyone have the pass thru doors leaking. Dealer has replaced the seals twice. Have see an have noted other with this same problems.
What gives?
Anyway to upload some snapshots? Or shorten the video some? That is not the problem, Tried to upload a video, file is too large. Doors are not reversed. I can stick my finger in the upper left corner of the door, the gaskets are covered in water as well as the door. I think the door were not cut correctly.
At the end of the day, this has to be either the door seal or the frame work. If the door seal has been replaced twice already, it might be time to remove and reseal the entire door frame. Also ensure the door panel is flat and not bulged. Thanks for the pictures.See attached
You could remove the 2 screws from the hinge and slide the door up to remove from the hinge and try and lay on a flat surface to flatten it out a bit. The door itself should apply pressure to the 2 raised ribs on the rubber seal especially at the top.The door is bulged on top, right, and left
Where did the paint wear on the hinge come from on one of your pictures? Is all of your hardware tight? Also in one of your pictures, it looks like the seal is worn/crushed pretty hard in the upper left corner and the top portion of the seal looks unworn/uncrushed. If this is a picture of the second seal replacement, I would think you might have a warped door that needs to be addressed. I would just bite the bullet and remove the frame and reseal, remove the door and check for flatness and ensure that seal is serviceable. The door is bulged on top, right, and left
