Warranty problems with ML206

I purchased a 2026 Delta ML206 the end of April. Took out for a two night shakedown trip. Found several warranty issues. Took back to dealer for repairs. So far the dealer has had the unit for almost a month. Dealer says work has been approved by factory and are waiting for parts to repair. I have only had trailer in my possession for 4 days. Is anyone else having the same delays in warranty repairs? Is this a typical problem with Alliance service?

What you are experiencing is typical for the rv industry. No surprise.

A dealer in Austin was very accommodating in fixing some body damage on our coach. They had it one day to assess and we took it home for use while they pursued authorizations and ordered parts. Then they set an appointment and we had it back 2 days later. If your problems aren't show-stopping ask for your trailer back.
I 2nd what Jim stated — contact Alliance to know the status of the warranty claim(s) before blaming them too much.
I don't know what state you live in but Texas lemon laws state that you can make a claim if they don't repair the coach within 30 days. There are other conditions as well. That's the nuclear option of last resort though.

Not sure what your issues are? I had some warranty repairs that needed to be done and I continued to use my camper until the parts came in for the repairs. Other issues I just had Alliance sent me the parts (had to send them a couple of pics) and I did the repairers. After warranty was up Alliance still covered a couple of small items by sending me the parts, wasn’t trying to get a free part that is just how it happened. I found if you’re able to repair it yourself it always turns out better. Maybe not the right answer for some but this is how I approached it. I hope they get you going soon, camping time and making memories are upon us.

I had some warranty issues with ours the dealer we purchased from said they would have to keep it. I asked if we couldn't just return when they had the parts and was informed we would be put and the end of the 4 week waiting line. I contacted Alliance and was given authorization for a mobile repair. I didn't purchase from the dealer with our second Alliance!

What Oregon _Camper says is correct. Follow his advice for quicker turn around.
Good luck,
