Warranty Extension

I posted in an earlier thread about warranty issues with our Delta ML206 we purchased from A&L RV in Christiana TN the end of April 2026. So far we have spent 2 nights camping since purchasing. The only trip we took was our “shakedown cruise”. We found warranty issues and waited for 7 weeks for repairs. Problems with dealer or factory or both? We finally were able to have trailer repaired on June 24. On our way home the trailer was t-boned by a driver that ran a red light. No injuries. We took trailer back to dealer for repair and discovered the axle was bent and trailer is not in usable condition until axle is replaced. As of 8-29-26 we are waiting on parts and repairs. My question to Alliance is will they extend the warranty for the four or more months the trailer has been unusable and sitting at dealership? We have only had trailer out once for two nights in April.

Your warranty question should be a converstation with you and Alliance. Send them your VIN and explain your situation.

Next..having your RV sit at a dealer for 7 weeks is crazy. Let me guess...they kept telling you they were waiting for approval or parts from Alliance. This is a dealer pattern, but there is no reason why. 99% of the time the dealer has not contacted Alliance. If you ever have an issue again, email Alliance to get the real scoop on your dealer ordering parts for you.

email for Alliance service is - service@alliancerv.com

I am going to post this idea again....your unit is new. Negotiate a replacement trailer....part of the deal is giving them the insurance repair check for the damaged unit...(So you need to collect that first)...get a new unit and go camp.....part of the cost analysis, would be the payments you are making, while the issue is being fixed....the factory and the dealer, have plenty of room to make you happy.

I agree. Dump it. Get it totaled out. You don’t want a T-Boned new rig? Then negotiate a new trailer and a good swap out deal.

We are so dissatisfied with the whole process. Trailer damage was under 5000 so not able to total. We are at the point of maybe selling it back to dealer, taking the loss, and forgetting the whole mess.

Not saying you're wrong, but I find it hard to believe an RV can get t-boned and only incur $5k of damage. The way they are put together, I'd think just about everything would have fallen apart or get knocked apart. Next is the frame....it MUST have been damage....and that is enough to total an RV by itself.
