Tried to not make this post, but the frustration is too much. After owning a 2025 310RL for just under 3 months now, I cannot recommend purchasing an Alliance IF you are thinking they have great quality/customer service.
Out of the less than 3 months of ownership, it has been in the repair shop at least 1 month. 3 of the 5 trips we have taken led to (IMO) catastrophic failures causing a non-enjoyable camping trip (no shower, no shower, no toilet situations). The only 2 trips that didn't have any failures, were the 2 we had to cancel because our rig was in the shop being repaired. I have been in contact with Alliance from day 1 with all these issues. Countless hours of taking the rig to and from the dealership for repairs, and the only thing I hear from Alliance is basically "well I show that the repairs have been approved".
We are now looking at having to pick the camper back up to get ready for our last trip of the year, only to get back and return it to the dealer once again so they can finish the repair(s) that they could not get done before we had to leave.
Yes, there's more the story. No, I cannot in good faith recommend Alliance to anyone at this point if they think they are getting great quality and customer service. We are not rich, so paying $90K for a unit outright is not possible and we are stuck with at least one payment on a rig we haven't been able to use.
